At CrossFit Spencer, you won’t find rows of ellipticals, stationary bikes and weight machines... Instead, we’ve got pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and tons of wide-open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing and lifting — moving your body the way it’s meant to be moved.
All our workouts are comprised of exercises that mimic movements found in day-to-day life or in casual sports. You’d never bicep curl your child to pick them up, so why would you do it in the gym? We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.
This also means you’ll never get bored. With our constantly varied programming, it’s rare to do the same workout twice in a given year and you’ll never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym either.
Instead, our workouts are always provided, they’re scalable to your personal fitness level, and they’re rarely longer than 45 minutes - fitting into even the busiest schedules.
