fast. And it’s all true!
But we also know that CrossFit can be a little intimidating. We understand that and we’re here to help. This is why we’ve developed our newest program "Couch to CrossFit!"
Over the course of 4 weeks we are going to get you off the couch and slowly and steadily introduce you to CrossFit in the comfort of your own home.
You’ll get 20 At-Home workouts via video introduced by one of our CrossFit Spencer trainers, along with demonstrations and modifications. You'll also receive a 14 Day Protein-Focused Meal Plan, matching grocery list, nutrition and supplement guidance, email support and more.
"Couch to CrossFit" is designed for ANYONE and EVERYONE. Do not expect grueling, long workouts or heavy weights being lifted. In fact, this program requires minimal equipment and no gym membership.
"Couch to CrossFit" is for the absolute beginner or anyone who is interested in CrossFit, but intimidated or scared of joining the gym.
Our hope is that this program will provide a jump-start for your fitness journey and give you the motivation and confidence you need to join us in the gym at CrossFit Spencer in the future.
