WHAT IS COUCH TO CROSSFIT?
You’ve probably heard the hype... CrossFit can help you lose fat, put on muscle and get FIT fast. And it’s all true! 

But we also know that CrossFit can be a little intimidating. We understand that and we’re here to help. This is why we’ve developed our newest program "Couch to CrossFit!"

Over the course of 4 weeks we are going to get you off the couch and slowly and steadily introduce you to CrossFit in the comfort of your own home

You’ll get 20 At-Home workouts via video introduced by one of our CrossFit Spencer trainers, along with demonstrations and modifications. You'll also receive a 14 Day Protein-Focused Meal Plan, matching grocery list, nutrition and supplement guidance, email support and more.

"Couch to CrossFit" is designed for ANYONE and EVERYONE. Do not expect grueling, long workouts or heavy weights being lifted. In fact, this program requires minimal equipment and no gym membership. 

"Couch to CrossFit" is for the absolute beginner or anyone who is interested in CrossFit, but intimidated or scared of joining the gym. 

Our hope is that this program will provide a jump-start for your fitness journey and give you the motivation and confidence you need to join us in the gym at CrossFit Spencer in the future.
WHAT IS INCLUDED? 
  • 20 At-Home CrossFit Workouts: Complete the workouts in the comfort of your own home. Minimal equipment needed. No gym membership required. 
  • Video Demonstrations of All Movements: Each workout is introduced by a CrossFit Spencer Trainer via video, along with demonstrations of movements and modifications for the beginner. 
  •  Measurement Worksheet: Tracking your before and after measurements and weight and taking pictures can increase the accountability throughout the Couch to CrossFit program. We've included an easy-to-use Measurement Worksheet for your convenience to track your results.
  •  14 Day Protein-Focused Meal Plan: We’ll tell you what to eat and when to eat it based on your individual goals. Our meal plans are created by Registered Dietitians. 
  •  Matching Grocery List: All done for you. Print it off and head to the grocery store! Quick and easy.
  •  1:1 Personalized Consultation: Meet with one of our trainers to discuss your goals before, during or after you've completed the Couch to CrossFit. We're there to help! 
  •  Email Support: You’ll get nutrition and supplement guidance, tips and tricks, support and motivation delivered to your inbox throughout the 4-week program.
