At CrossFit Spencer, we like to take our time with new members to make sure you’re comfortable before attending regular classes. For this reason, you can expect your first class to last about an hour.
We'll start with a tour of the "box" [CrossFit lingo for "gym"] followed by a chat with one of our trainers to discuss your health and fitness goals. We'll finish with a trainer-led workout and answer any questions you may have.
After your first visit, we’ll give you a copy of our GET LEAN: 14 Day Protein-Focused Meal Plan + Shopping List to help you maximize your results.
